I have lived on the island for 35 years and love the place. I have tried with other organisations to create a web site of general interest and information but as yet nothing has happened so I will try my self I only hope to suceed.

This site will be devoted to the Isle of Portland and will offer visitors things to see, Places to visit and stay and aselection of goods unique to Island.

Portland is a special place with extremes in many things including its natural rugged beauty.

It is hoped that over the comming weeks this site will devlop to be informative but simple.
